Construction schedule

• Thu 12.3. 8 am–10 pm
• Fri 13.3. 8 am–10 pm
• Sat 14.3. 8 am–10 pm
• Sun 15.3. 8 am–10 pm
• Mon 16.3. 8 am–10 pm

All structures ordered from the organizer will be ready by 8 am on Monday 16.3.

Decorating ready-made stands and stand packages from 8 am on Monday 16.3.

Fair opening hours

• Tue 17.3. 9 am–5 pm
• Wed 18.3. 9 am–5 pm
• Thu 19.3. 9 am–4 pm

On fair days the service time for stands starts at 8 am. On Tuesday and Wednesday there is a one hour service time after the fair has closed for public.

Dismantling schedule

• Thu 19.3. 4 pm–10 pm
• Fri 20.3. 8 am–10 pm
• Sat 21.3. 8 am–10 pm

All ready-made stand and stand packages must be emptied of all exhibition material by 10 pm on Thursday 19.3.

All material must be emptied from the exhibition halls by 10pm on Saturday 21.3.

Driving into the halls

Please note that it’s forbidden to drive inside the halls on the last day of construction. You may drive to the service door to unload your goods and then move the vehicle immediately to the parking area.

During dismantling exhibitors can drive passenger cars to the exhibition halls for pick-ups, after given the permission by the doorman.

Service entrances

During construction, dismantling and service times you can use the large service doors:

• Hall A: A2, A8 and A9
• Hall E: E3 and E6

Exhibition office

Exhibition office is at the info desk in the main entrance. Exhibition office will serve the exhibitors during construction and fair time.

During dismantling exhibition office is closed.
